📦 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • Product was delivered incorrectly or incomplete

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with invoice

⚠️ Used products or items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

🧾 2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  3. Include:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Photo/Video evidence (if applicable)

🔄 3. Exchange Policy

If your product is eligible for return, you can request:

  • A replacement unit

  • An exchange with another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid)

💳 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed:

  • Only after the returned product passes quality inspection

  • To the original payment method (for online/card payments)

  • Within 7–10 business days of approval

⚠️ For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer.

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return/refund unless defective or damaged on delivery:

  • Acid/Electrolyte-filled Batteries (due to courier restrictions)

  • Installed IPS or batteries

  • Opened packaging with visible signs of use

  • Products requested for return after 48 hours of delivery

🚚 6. Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the issue is caused by us (defective/damaged/wrong item), we cover the return cost.

  • For other valid returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping or dropping at our service point.

You can drop off eligible returns at:

  • 📍 Chattogram Servicing Center – Aziz Mansion, Old Chandgaon

  • 📍 Dhaka Service Point – 24-Arambagh (Call before visit)
